How can my client find their receipt/tracking number?
Reviewing Orders From Gallery View
Begin by clicking on the Account in the upper right corner of your gallery and clicking on Orders.
Alternatively, if the client is not logged in under their account they can click on Login.
Here you will find information on your past orders, such as order number, date of the order, ship to address and tracking number. You can also re-order the product by clicking Order More.
Reviewing Orders via Email Confirmation
After the client places their order, an email confirmation will be sent to the client’s email address. The confirmation will contain the order number, date, receipt and order tracking. To track the order click on Order Tracking.
